Life By Design: A 10-Minute Pause
Hey, I’m glad you stumbled here for a check in.
Sometimes, life gets hectic and priorities get jumbled, so here’s an invitation to get clear on what really matters to you.
No grades. No right answers. Just space.
You got this!
Grab a journal or a blank page of paper and use a few of these prompts to reflect.
What’s something you did in the past 3 months that made you feel truly proud?
(Not what sounded impressive...what felt right.)
What filled you up lately?
(What gave you energy, peace, or happiness?)
What’s something on your calendar that can wait?
(Or get delegated? Or go away entirely?)
Who do you actually want to spend more time with?
What do you actually want to spend more time doing?
Imagine it’s 3 years from now...and things feel really good.
Blue sky scenario - what’s happening in your life?
A small experiment you could try this week to move toward that version of life:
(e.g. saying no to something, reaching out to someone, reclaiming a Wednesday evening, etc.)
Optional:
Write a note to your future self.
You can come back and read it in a few months. Or not. It’s yours.
You don’t have to figure it all out today.
Just keep choosing the things—and the people—that make you feel most alive.
Here’s to designing a life that feels like yours.
